Why private yoga? Well, simply put - it allows your yoga guide to focus all of their attention on you and your needs! We love to teach public classes, but are often splitting our attention between 5+ yogis which leaves little time to truly hone in on each persons energy, needs and goals for each session. With private yoga, we have a conversation prior to our session, regarding what it is that you are looking for. From the most basic to the more advanced concepts of yoga, we can help break down everything from tips for meditation, specific asana postures to open your hips or even how to incorporate essential oils into your practice. These little extra nuggets of information are often things we can't do on a truly one on one basis in a public class. You have our full attention and we're happy to guide you through even a small part of your journey.

One on One yoga sessions are perfect for just about everybody because we customize the session for you! Private yoga is truly for everyone - whether you've been doing yoga for 20 years or 20 hours - we'll chat to discover what your goals are within your yoga journey and design your session, or series of sessions to fit what it is that you're looking to accomplish.

Yoga Circle is an amazing way to experience movement & meditation with a member of your family, a co-worker, whoever you you would enjoy sharing a private meditation session with.
