Our retreat will focus on slow, gentle practices that aim to draw out the magic within. We'll help you make your way back to your center, enlivening your spirit, putting the twinkle back in your eyes and the lightness to your step.
This week in Mexico will be filled with space for you to explore the most inner depths of yourselves through delicious gentle yoga, rest and relaxation, love and laughter, beautiful foods, amazing connections with your fellow retreat-goers all set in some of the most gorgeous places this Universe has to offer. Mornings will be dedicated to yoga, breath, reflection and amazing conversation. Afternoons are dedicated to free time for connection, hiking, beaching, shopping, exploring, paddle boarding or just being.Evenings we will gather again with the sole intention of encouraging and edifying F.U.N. We may plan a special yoga or sound event or two. Friday will be a free day to enjoy the weekly local market. |

The small village of Manzanilla is a quite fishing community on the Pacific beach of Mexico full of relaxing simple sites to take in.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Rooted amongst cobblestone streets, just three blocks from the beach in the heart of La Manzanilla, Mexico awaits our Magic in Mexico destination. We have space for a maximum of 8 retreat guests and we want YOU to join us! Our retreat will be at an amazing private home that has been set up for retreats just like ours! This amazing space is a gorgeous and amazing three-level home that is equipped with 5 bedrooms with two twin beds each. Each of our retreat participants will have a roommate. There are three kitchens and three bathrooms in our little slice of paradise. The many outdoor spaces give different angles for perspective and reflection to find yourself home away from home. The views skim the ocean sunset through a thick layer of palms and backdrop of the Sierra Madre mountains. |

TRAVEL
Our retreat dates reflect Sunday to Sunday travel. We'll fly out of Milwaukee the morning of Sunday, November 12th and return late Sunday, November 19th. Once our group is set, we'll connect on the ability to carpool as well as if anyone is interested in heading to Milwaukee Saturday evening and splitting hotel costs so that we can be set to arrive at the airport early on Sunday morning. Similarly, we can also connect on those who carpool deciding to drive home when we return, or again, split the cost of a hotel room and heading home on Monday morning. On arrival, we'll have a quick 45-minute ride through mango groves and banana plantations as we make our way to our destination for the week! |

BEACH & ATTRACTIONS
Just a few blocks from our villa, the beach is picturesque and quiet, cuddled up in a welcoming bay. With over two miles of uninterrupted oceanfront, it's perfect for long walks lined with plush palms! Or choose to enjoy a margarita at one of the many quaint beachfront palapa restaurants. The calm surf is welcoming for a swim or a backdrop for a lounge chair nap. The beach of La Manzanilla is special to us because of the peaceful environment and calming, quite vibes, world-renowned sunsets, making it the perfect backdrop for the experience we are excited to create or you. A Crocodile refuge located on the north side of town is an easy 30-minute stroll & costs only 35 Pesos. On the south side of town there is a moderate hike up a river bed through the jungle to a fresh water pool fed by a miniature waterfall. The doors of Nuestra Senora de la Asuncion Catholic church locate in the town square are always open. Every Friday local vendors gather around the Hardine (town square) full of fresh produce, arts and crafts, jewelry and local fair. |

MEALS
Two meals a day include breakfast and lunch or dinner. The fresh fruit and meals will be hand-selected and available at your leisure. The third meal of the day will allow us to explore the local restaurants for a fresh authentic meal of your choice. All dietary restrictions are welcome and considered. |

Cancellations
Our retreat must have a minimum of 6 participants to run as scheduled. Any payments made to Sheer Blue will be returned upon cancelation of our retreat, or may be applied to our next scheduled retreat dates at the choosing of each participant. Full Registration must be completed by September 30th.
Please take care to be sure that the retreat dates work for you prior to booking. Payments are being made to outside vendors and materials are being purchased to prepare for our event. As a small company, we hope that you understand the need for our pro-rated refund policies. As we near the retreat dates, it will be increasingly more difficult to fill the spots last minute and recoup losses of a cancelled booking.
- Cancellations made prior to July 1st will receive a full refund for any payments made.
- Cancellations made between July 2nd - September 14th will receive a 50% refund on any payments made.
- Any cancellations made on September 15th or later will forfeit the return of any payments made unless you find a friend to take your booking, or Sheer Blue is able to rebook your spot in the retreat.

Nope! It honestly doesn't matter. This retreat is much more about nourishing your body, mind and spirit while finding movement that feels good for you.
Can I choose my roommate?
Casa Amiga is a large house with 5 bedrooms which means everyone will have a roommate. We think it's one of the most fun parts of the experience, actually! And since there are plenty of nooks, patios, and common spaces for everyone to spread out you'll have a nice balance of privacy and time with other participants. If you'd like to room with someone in particular, let us know ahead of time and we'll work to make it happen.
